Dear colleagues, teachers and voluntaries ,

We would like to present the results of  teaching or training assignments, Adult education, Erasmus+ 2023-1-BG01-KA121-ADU-000115419

Between dates:  29 March  – 07 April 2024 and 2 days of travel Turkey

Participants: 20 trainers  in the field of ADULT sector  from APB and experts/teachers/educators from the hosting organisation.

Have a vision for what you want your working-parent life to be
Have a Plan B and don’t wait for a crisis to use it.
How to integrate work and family time. Digital resources and environment.
Identifying Challenges faced by parents in the workforce, such as guilt, time management, and societal pressures.
Developing Time Management Skills-management techniques for prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.
Each of the topics aims to build on existing knowledge, skills and attitudes and to help participants put into practice, both in their personal lives and at work, techniques for dealing with life balance as well as anti-discriminatory practices.
Competences acquired by the participant:
Teaching assignments abroad for professionals involved in adult education.
Through teaching abroad, is gaining a broader perspective on education, exchange knowledge with your colleagues in another country and pick up educational good practices.
Both experts of the sending and hosting organization ware gained:
– Achieving an effective fight against discrimination, developing social, civic, and intercultural competencies, media literacy, and critical thinking, as well as fighting segregation, racism, harassment, and violence.
– Strategic partnerships with professionals from other European countries have increased motivation and activity to develop critical thinking and learn innovative practices for coping with stress in personal and work life, life skills and balance.
They was on the following topics: sociocultural integration, understanding folk psychology, critical thinking and combating discrimination, and using social networks to combat discrimination, iinclusion and diversity and digital resources and environment.
Acquired new and up-to-date knowledge about motivation and adaptation, coping with different problems and decision-making and time management skills.
By enhancing personal and professional knowledge, skills and competencies, our experts are more effective in their work and balance parenting, work, family and children.
Through international cooperation, we expand the dimension of our activity from the national to European level and enrich our work with new and fresh good practices, methods, instruments, tools, ideas, and ways of putting them into practice.
Monitoring and Mentoring of the participant before, during, and after the mobility period:
The organization of the mobility, the preparation of the training program, and the activities we was take after its completion was monitored and supported by the project manager and coordinator.
Each expert had individual attention to effectively support his / her professional needs and upgrade his / her skills, experience, and competencies.
The Association was responsible for the selection of experts and their sending to Turkey. A host organization was responsible for the reception of the staff and will offer them all necessary tools of training and activities as well as the issue of a certificate signed and stamped by the legal representative in English.
Foreseen use of outcomes, and evaluation:
We are disseminating our knowledge and good practices to our colleagues from other organizations that are already implementing or planning to launch activities related to relevant issues. We are providing materials and the opportunity for inclusion free of charge in trainings, seminars, roundtables, or trainings we organize for anyone who wants to.

Hosting organisation; launched in 2018 with the leading of 27 academicians and trainers who has experience of writing, conducting and consulting projects for more than 13 years. Our firm serves to governmental institutions and public sectors in many project areas such as Erasmus+, Development Agencies, IPA-II, KOSGEB, İKG-Pro, IPARD, Embassy, EU Grants, Horizon 2020, etc.

Its core business is based on VET and development of web-based solutions for collaborative learning and educational content management with a special focus on issues related to hard and soft skills development.

Thanks to the experience gained throughout the years in the domain of knowledge and content management, KOCATURK makes it possible for private companies and public agencies to develop their own “store of knowledge”, obtaining significant competitive advantage.
