Aim of the project:
Contribute to strengthening the administrative capacity of NGOs for effective implementation of policies at the local level. The main problems identified in this area are related to lack of knowledge and skills for the development of organizational strategy, lack of clear built structure NGOs, lack of dialogue and partnership with local authorities to jointly design and implementation of local policies, lack of skills recruitment and use of volunteers to increase human resources in their work with the community in the implementation of local policies.
