Improved personal qualities, professional skills and competencies of the AYPB teaching staff, improved the quality of teaching skills and upgraded them with new ones. The professional competencies and work skills of the teachers and specialists in the field of team management and leadership, work with crisis situations and management of leadership teams. By improving personal and professional knowledge, skills and competencies, our experts are more effective, flexible and adaptable in managing small and large teams, in creating a favorable environment for professional growth and professional engagement with leadership situations. Through international cooperation, we wanted to expand our activity and exchange of experience, from the national to the European level, to enrich our professional capacities with new and innovative practices, methods, tools, ideas and ways of applying them in real teams.
