Psychopedagogy Training Program

Topic: Psychopedagogy and Learning Support

Credits:6

Module 1: Foundations of Psychopedagogy • Definition and scope of psychopedagogy • The role of the psychopedagogue in education • Theoretical perspectives on learning and development

Module 2: Cognitive and Neuropsychological Aspects of Learning • Cognitive development theories (Piaget, Vygotsky, Bruner, etc.) • Neurological basis of learning and memory • Attention, perception, and executive functions

Module 3: Learning Difficulties and Special Educational Needs • Identification and assessment of learning difficulties • Dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and other learning disorders • Intervention strategies and support systems

Module 4: Motivation, Emotion, and Learning • Theories of motivation in education (Maslow, Deci & Ryan, Weiner) • Emotional intelligence and self-regulation • Techniques for fostering motivation and resilience in learners

Module 5: Inclusive Education and Differentiated Instruction • Principles of inclusive education • Strategies for adapting teaching to diverse learning needs • Collaboration with teachers, parents, and support specialists

Module 6: Social and Behavioral Aspects of Learning • Social learning theories (Bandura, Bronfenbrenner) • Classroom management and behavioral interventions • Conflict resolution and peer mediation techniques

Module 7: Assessment and Intervention in Psychopedagogy • Tools and methods for psychoeducational assessment • Designing individualized intervention plans • Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions

Module 8: Professional Development and Ethical Considerations • Ethical principles in psychopedagogical practice • Self-reflection and professional growth • Preventing burnout and promoting well-being

Final Part: • Case study analysis and practical applications • Group discussions and experiential learning activities • Certification and participant feedback

The selection of participants will last until  30.01.2025.

The group will consist of 20 participants

The selection method was chosen for the participants in the mobility, as it will be :

– by submitting a CV and an application

-Minimum B1 English

-to be member or volunteer of APB

-to have high motivation

  • the second stage – an interview with a committee.

Measures will be taken to prevent conflicts of interest with regard to those involved in the selection process for mobility participants.

All submitted documents (CVs and applications) of the candidates will be examined by the Commission and after approval of the first stage, the selected candidates will be invited for an interview. The selection method will ensure the selection of the most suitable participants to promote their knowledge, skills and competences in the field of balance between parenting and the career.
